| Choices 3 is a software
suite which provides users with a powerful
way of analyzing research and media surveys
easily and flexibly. It represents some of
the most advanced software of its kind and
incorporates an ever-growing list of functions
and sub programs to meet the specific needs

the hub of your analysis which provides the

|
| |
| What are the
main programs in the Choices 3 suite? |
| |
| |
| A crosstab is usually
a simple (though not necessarily small) matrix
that enables the user to run basic profiles
on data such as media, demographics and product
use. If required, this can then be sorted,
highlighted, converted into graphs, exported
to Microsoft applications etc. |
| |
| |
| Based on crosstab data,
Private Eye enables the user to filter and
rank data that meets your given criteria.
For example users can look at the top ten
attitude statements for their target |
| |
| |
| This planning environment
allows the user to build and assess press
media schedules against any target audiences
using surveys measuring readership (e.g. in
UK this might be NRS or TGI data). Choices
3 will calculate reach, frequency and various
costs using a reach & frequency model.
See the PPO section for more details. |
| |
| |
| Correspondence Analysis
allows the user to create maps in which products,
brands and/or media may be incorporated and
mapped against attitudes. Cluster Analysis
can be used to segment a given population
into discrete cluster groups of like-minded
respondents according to attitudes. |
| |
| |
| Trend Analysis is a
powerful way of looking at trends over time
using your historical surveys (as long as
you have them!). It not only provides runs
in all the years selected, but also a summary
crosstab, with various options for displaying
different comparative data. This program is
also designed for use with multi-country surveys
to compare your results e.g. how does each
country vary in Cellular Phone use from the
average etc. |
| |
| |
| As mentioned above,
the 'ChoicesViewer' is not only the output
program for Crosstabs, but can also be given
to staff separately from Choices. This, for
example, allows research departments to release
regularly update reports quickly and easily
to answer all their likely data questions
on your company's key target markets e.g.
once your key target groups are defined. |
| |
| How much support
is there for Choices? |
| |
| Choices 3 is supported
by a dedicated team who man a helpdesk to
answer any of your queries 5 days a week from
9am to 6pm. However in addition to on-line
support on our website, users also have the
option to attend our regular training session
(usually monthly). |
| |
| We also have a unique
partnership with BMRB TGI, who is a sister
organization. This consequently means that
our regular sessions are all organized to
allow you to attend BMRB's TGI training in
the mornings if required. Failing the above,
we can arrange training visits to clients
(minimum of 4 persons) and will even arrange,
where possible, to attend them and to provide
you with 'one-hit' TGI/Choices 3 training
sessions. |
