| Mystic, a very advanced software system for the handling of data and reporting of results of Mystery Shopping Research.
It is a comprehensive multi-function system that offers the following modules. |

| Mystic Events: this starts from the data capture of the shopper's records and processes the relevant statistics to post them to the client through a web solution. |
| |
| The client receives the alert, reads the scored record, together with PARC's Analyst's comment; he has the option to append his own comments and forward same to the relevant channel Manager who takes action on the issues of concern and may return his action standards. |

| Mystic Events is offered in two modules: |
- Events Web is the web solution networking all parties: PARC, the project coordinator, and branch management
- Events Server is the resident system for archival of scored records and review of problems and compilation of historical records

| Mystic Analyzer: this is the system to analyze the statistical data from numerical scores and to drill down within the different service attributes at all levels of interest to client. A range of statistical measures and functions are hosted. |

| Mystic Events features a comprehensive web solution offering the
following: |
- Login based privileges to management and branches
- Allows to Search and View completed field visits questionnaire based on the date / period for different branches or transactions. It also allows to segregate by visit Serial Number and eventually also by Shopper's ID.
- The options are to either view the whole questionnaire or selected pages of the questionnaire as per the client's criteria
- It allows the users to download a number of selected questionnaires with option to print in one click of a button
- After reviewing the questionnaire by the user, the software permits the user to append his comments on the questionnaire in the specially designed comments box.
- It also allows the user to email a number of selected questionnaires to the relevant branch management
- The results or the Total Score of the Questionnaire selected are automatically generated into an Excel Sheet. Comments if entered by the user for a questionnaire are also emailed to concerned parties. The software allows to show the Numerical Score based on the selection of the period / branch/ region / city. Also the numerical score shall be shown per page if required by the user.
- It also allows to analyze the data based on the score.
- Graphical analysis is also available based on the selection of the numerical scores of the different attributes

| A comprehensive storage and archival system, which allows the user to back-up completed questionnaire for all visits and store them for subsequent reference and analysis, with all the above features. |

| At the core of this module is a "Magic Cube" that hosts the data and presents the following: |
- Magic cube is a user friendly analyzer that performs cross-tabulations of the data obtained across many dimensions within the different service attributes of the data (row and column) which can present variations of the measures overtime and determine the trends experienced by customers.
- The software allows to analyze the data per period / region / branch as per client's requirement, and can perform time series analysis.
- Graphical analysis are available based on the selection of the dimensions (row and column) for the numerical scores of the attributes
- The selected data tabulations can be exported to the Excel software
